Elida & Iván – Family Founders
Elida and Iván are the heart of our family business. They supervise the apartments to ensure everything remains in excellent condition and that guests are always welcomed into a warm, well-prepared home. While our management team handles daily guest services, Elida and Iván’s care and attention help keep Dalida’s Rooms comfortable and inviting year-round.

Dalida – Host

Based between France and the USA, Dalida manages reservations and guest communications directly, making it easy to book and arrange payments in USD or EUR without extra fees.

May, Ayram & Sabrina – Guest Services & Operations
Our friendly Havana-based management team not only welcomes guests in person but also keeps everything running smoothly. They handle apartment maintenance, cleaning, and preparation, and are always ready to assist with tours, transportation, and any services you might need. I really enjoyed my stay at Dalida’s rooms. It had everything I needed including WiFi. It was located near the sea front and was in easy walking distance of the main attractions Havana has to offer. My Havana hosts, Sabrina, Ayram and May looked after me really well.

I stayed there recently to attend the Marabana. Dalida and her apartment managers, Sabrina and May, helped make my first visit in Havana, Cuba a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the apartment was convenient as it was in the middle of a lot of the tourist attractions and different restaurants or attractions were within walking distance. Along with Sabrina and May, Ayram was very helpful in getting me around to a couple places that I needed to go to and they were all just readily available and willing to help in any way that I needed. If you are going to be visiting Havana, I highly recommend staying in Dalida's Rooms for the convenient location and top notch service.

We stayed in Dalida’s apartment and also relied on Dalida to arrange a 3-day trip to Trinidad. Her Havana apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. Can’t say enough good things about the local family who “hosted” us there. They and Dalida made recommendations and helped us arrange meals, drivers, a yoga class, and more. They even accompanied us to the airport to retrieve delayed luggage. Without their help, we wouldn’t have been able to take our Trinidad trip as planned. With Dalida’s pre-arrangements, our Trinidad trip was wonderful! I hope my 18 and 22 y.o. children will travel to Cuba, and if Dalida and friends are available to help them plan the trip and support them while they’re there, I will be comfortable with them going alone.

Amazing apartments in the heart of Havana. They are well-equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. I love that the Malecón is just a few blocks away (I can even see it from the balcony). All my favorite spots in Havana are within walking distance. The owner and managers are fully dedicated to making our stay in Cuba unforgettable. Highly recommended!
